Ensure accurate marking of your pattern key points. A pattern notcher is a tool which is used to make U shape indentations on pattern pieces as a guide for the easy assembly of the garment. Tambour frame is used with a tambour hook to create designs on fabrics using application of beads and sequins, embroidery as well as decorative chain stitch embroidery and surface decoration. A tambour frame keeps the entire piece of fabric taut, it is made of four pieces of wood consisting of 4 bars, (2) 14″ and (2) 28″, (2) 2″ heavy duty “C” clamps and twill tape which is stapled to the bars, secures your working canvas to the frame.
